Our services include, but are not limited to: Ensuring that you get or transfer the ownership interest that you negotiated for in your contract; reviewing all of your settlement documents; obtaining all signatures necessary to complete your transaction; paying off and pursuing the release of any mortgage or other lien affecting the property at the time you take title; causing the recordation of all necessary documents with the proper recording authority and assuring that any settlement to which we are a party occurs in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract of sale or purchase, coupled with any instructions provided by the lender(s) involved in the transaction.
