From East or West I-4

Take exit # 7 from I-4 go left (North) at the fork at the top of the hill and proceed onto route #301 go through the first light which is Breckenridge and make the first left at the intersection on Hampton Oaks Parkway. Then make your first left into the first parking lot and park and BDR will be right in front of you.

From South on Route #301 (Brandon, Riverview)

Travel north on route #301 until you go over the overpass of I-4 and the light after Breckenridge make a left onto Hampton Oaks Parkway and make the first left into the parking lot and park and BDR will be right in front of you.

From North on Route #301 (Temple Terrace, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel)

Travel south on route #301 once you pass Sligh Avenue about a half a mile down the road you will be approaching Hampton Oaks Parkway (once you pass the waffle house make the first right) then make a right and a quick left into the parking lot and park and BDR will be right in front of you.
